People Administration Support (part-time)

Are you looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within an international company? Join the People Management team at VIG Re and support a variety of HR processes while developing valuable professional skills.

A part-time opportunity (2.5 days per week) that allows you to combine work with your studies.

What will you do?

You will support the team with daily HR operations, including:

• Maintaining employee data, documentation and electronic personnel files in SAP SuccessFactors and other systems
• Scanning, filing, and organizing HR records
• Preparing employee confirmations and certificates
• Supporting onboarding activities for new employees
• Coordinating onboarding trainings, meetings, and welcome packages
• Entering invoices into the Coupa system
• Assisting with business trip administration and timesheet processes
• Supporting employee benefits administration
• Preparing regular and ad hoc HR reporting, data analysis and dashboards
• Supporting various HR projects and administrative activities

What are we looking for?

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Curious about HR technology and interested in learning how systems and tools support the employee experience
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Proactive and reliable personality
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• English at a communicative level
• Previous administrative experience
