About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our team and support the full employee lifecycle. This is a diverse role combining HR administration, employee relations, recruitment, labor law compliance, and employee engagement activities.

As a trusted HR partner, you will work closely with managers and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations while contributing to a positive workplace culture in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, personnel documentation, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Czech labor law, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.
• Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and employee data within HR systems.
• Advise managers and employees on HR and employment-related matters.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external talent partners.

Employee Engagement & HR Projects

• Support the implementation of Group HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, internal communication, and company events.
• Contribute to culture-building and continuous improvement projects.

External Relations & Office Support

• Communicate with authorities, including the Labour Office and Foreign Police.
• Ensure timely submission of employment-related documentation.
• Support office administration and day-to-day employee services.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Czech labor law and HR processes.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent Czech and good English communication skills.
