Sales Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who can bring structure, accuracy, and useful insights into our sales operations. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams, help us improve how we manage our pipeline and data, and play an important role in the transition to a new CRM and ERP system.

What Will You Do?

• Support the sales team in their day-to-day activities and help keep the sales process running smoothly.
• Coordinate the sales pipeline and help ensure opportunities are properly tracked and followed up.
• Play a key role in transforming our sales operations as we transition to a new CRM HubSpot and introduce an ERP system – helping define requirements, set up processes, coordinate implementation, and ensure the new tools work effectively for the business.
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and insights to support data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to make sure information and processes flow smoothly.
• Monitor key sales metrics and identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Improve and document sales processes, workflows, and best practices as the company grows.
• Support sales planning, target setting, and performance tracking.
• Help maintain sales tools and ensure the team is using them effectively.
• Take ownership of operational tasks and follow-ups that help our salespeople spend more time selling and less time on administration.

We Are a Good Fit If You…

• Have previous experience in sales operations, business operations, sales support, or a similar role.
• Have a strong understanding of CRM systems, sales processes, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
• Speak English fluently – you’ll communicate with colleagues and international clients all over the world via video calls.
• Are an excellent Czech speaker – you’ll work closely with our internal team.
• Are detail-oriented, structured, and reliable and naturally look for ways to bring order into processes and data.
• Enjoy working with numbers, reports, and data and have strong analytical skills.
• Are comfortable taking ownership and following tasks through to completion.
• Enjoy being a supportive team player with a people-first approach to collaboration.

Bonus Items

• Experience in IT, SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, or B2B environments.
• Experience with CRM implementation, migration, or sales process automation.
• Working knowledge of an additional language.

Which Tools Should You Know?

• G Suite – we organize our work via Google Workspace and schedule meetings via Google Meet.
• iWork and/or MS Office – we use both Microsoft and Mac products to create presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
• CRM tools – you will work with CRM data, sales processes, and reporting on a daily basis.
• Microsoft Excel – you will work with data, reports, and spreadsheets regularly.
• Familiarity with ERP, reporting, or automation tools is a plus.
