In Prague, we are actively seeking a professional to strengthen our P&C team. We’re looking for someone with HR Generalist experience who is happy to start in this role and sees it as an opportunity to gradually grow towards an HR Business Partner position.

This is you

• 3–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
• Strong knowledge of the Czech Labor Code and employment legislation, knowledge of the Slovak labor code is an advantage
• High level of digital literacy and confidence in using HR tools and systems
• Strong communication skills, together with a willingness to work broadly with a can-do attitude  
• Ability to actively contribute to open communication and knowledge sharing within the team and beyond
• Enjoys helping others and finds motivation in supporting colleagues in achieving their goals
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent in Czech and English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion 
• Experience from a corporate environment is an advantage
• Willingness to work mostly from our office in Palmovka, with the possibility of occasional home office

This is your role

• Manage employee data in the HRIS and prepare HR documents, including employment contracts and amendments, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with Czech employment law and internal policies
• Support managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, promotions, internal moves, offboarding, and exit interviews. Help managers navigate these processes and advise on employee relations and other HR matters
• Review employee feedback, engagement results, and HR data to identify common issues and work with managers on practical solutions
• Support People initiatives and work with other HR teams to put them into practice
• Help organize local employee events and engagement activities, including logistics, communication, and coordination with external suppliers when needed
• Share local and business insights to help improve HR processes, manager support, and the employee experience
