Technical Service Coordinator with German - Zličín

We are seeking an experienced professional with conversational German who can independently coordinate customer service and technical support and effectively resolve customer requests.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate service and spare parts support from customer request through quotation, order processing, service execution and invoicing.
• Communicate daily with customers, dealers and external service partners in German, English and Czech.
• Prepare quotations and process orders for spare parts and service work.
• Coordinate service activities and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Manage spare parts pricing, service documentation, contracts, schedules and databases.
• Provide technical and after-sales support while supporting service and spare parts sales.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in internal systems.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as service support, technical support or project management.
• Conversational German – daily communication, both written and spoken.
• English communicative, Czech / Slovak native
• Experience in sales or customer service is appreciated.
• Technical background and ability to understand technical documentation and drawings are an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively and maintain a clear overview in demanding situations.
