Main responsibilities

• Drive the Customer First Model implementation across Czechia, ensuring customer satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.
• Deliver sales targets and top-line growth by executing customer engagement plans and go-to-market strategies for the Immunology portfolio.
• Lead and inspire a commercial team with an entrepreneurial spirit, fostering engagement, talent development, and a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and centralised hubs to align sales execution and customer-facing activities.
• Continuously evolve the agile, self-organised team model, pushing boundaries toward full P&L responsibility for each commercial lead.
• Champion Play-to-Win behaviours, corporate commitments, and compliance guidelines across the team.
• Contribute actively to the success of the International Pharma Region and Sanofi overall.

About you

• Solid professional background with a proven track record in managing commercial operations in complex, demanding industries, including both general medicines and specialty care portfolios.
• Deep understanding of Czech commercial operations, market dynamics, and customer journeys, with the ability to adapt strategies to local needs.
• Demonstrated experience leading commercial teams, with the ability to inspire, empower, and develop talent.
• Digital fluency and experience with customer-facing approaches and go-to-market execution.
• Transformative leadership style with strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• An agile mindset with the ability to adapt to new ways of working and drive organisational change.
• Fluency in both English and Czech.
