What will you do?

• Take the lead during night shifts and ensure the Front Office operation runs smoothly while maintaining Hilton service standards
• Be the go-to person overnight for both guests and colleagues, handling requests, solving issues, and making operational decisions when needed
• Manage arrivals, departures, room allocations, upgrades, and VIP arrangements to create a seamless guest experience
• Oversee Night Audit procedures, financial controls, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times
• Monitor room inventory, reservations, room status, and Opera PMS processes to keep operations organized and ready for the next day
• Work closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Security, Reservations, and other departments to ensure excellent service across the hotel
• Prepare detailed handovers and operational updates for the morning leadership team
• Support, coach, and motivate team members throughout the shift, creating a positive and professional working environment

Who are we looking for?

• Previous Front Office experience, ideally within hospitality
• A positive personality and passion for guest service
• A reliable team player
• Natural leadership skills and confidence in decision-making
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle guest concerns professionally
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
• Experience with Opera PMS or another hotel management system is an advantage.
