We are looking for a Commercial Representative who wants to start close to our customers and grow into a broader commercial role. You will begin your journey with account management and day-to-day customer service. For the right person the path leads into business development, sales, as well as opportunities to represent the company at international trade exhibitions and local business development gatherings in the Czech Republic.

This is a role we are building around the person- your strengths, initiative and ambitions can shape where the role takes you.

What you will do from day one

You will become a key point of contact for a portfolio of e-commerce and retail clients.

You will work closely with customers every day - answering their questions, solving the practical challenges that come up in fulfilment and returns, collaborating with our operations teams and making sure things are followed through rather than simply passed along. Alongside that comes the administrative side of account work: contracts and price lists, service setup for new clients, reporting, and keeping our account data accurate and current.

It is hands-on work and it is where you will learn how our business actually functions.

Once you have built a strong understanding of our services and customers, new opportunities will open up for you. Depending on your appetite and results, that can mean owning new business conversations, representing Boomerang at industry exhibitions and customer events, developing partnerships in your local market, and taking part in shaping how we bring our services to new clients.

Your journey can grow as far as your ambition takes you. We would rather develop someone who already understands our customers and business than hire a salesperson who has to start from zero.

What we are looking for

You will do well here if you are genuinely comfortable with customers, verbally talented with the necessary soft skills, structured enough to keep administrative work in order in combination with familiarity with AI-powered tools and digital solutions, and have a willingness to leverage new technologies to enhance productivity and the quality of work. We expect the applicant to be curious about how logistics and e-commerce fit together, effectively turning the challenges into an advantage. Fluent English and strong local language skills are required. Previous experience in logistics, e-commerce, customer service or B2B sales is an advantage, but ambition and a willingness to grow into a commercial role matter more.
