Your Mission

As a Purchase to Pay (PtP) Project Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting finance projects, driving process enhancements, and ensuring efficient and accurate Accounts Payable operations across assigned entities.

• Coordinate project activities for assigned companies and support finance transformation initiatives
• Organize and participate in meetings and calls with internal and external stakeholders
• Support the PtP Manager and team members in the delivery of project-related activities
• Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Review and maintain accounting records while ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Ensure efficient and accurate execution of operational activities
• Provide support and solutions to the business partners and to the finance teams
• Act as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Process Accounts Payable transactions in line with established procedures
• Contribute to reporting activities and support finance automation initiatives

Your Profile

To succeed in this position, you bring a combination of finance expertise, project experience, and a continuous improvement mindset.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable (Purchase-to-Pay) processes
• Strong knowledge of finance operations, accounting principles, and best practices
• Experience participating in finance projects, process transformations, and automation initiatives
• Experience with reporting activities and data analysis
• A structured and systematic approach to implementations and process improvements
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Fluency in both English and Czech
• Experience with the M3 ERP system (advantage)
• Experience working within a shared services environment and multinational organization (advantage)
• Valid authorization to work in the Czech Republic

Location and Travel

The position is located in Prague, Czech Republic. We can offer a hybrid workplace - a way of working that provides flexibility and promotes a healthier balance between professional and personal life.

Occasional business travel may be required.
