We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to help us scale growth by building a predictable, data-driven pipeline engine. This is a strategic role focused on connecting marketing activities with real business outcomes and revenue impact.

What Will You Do?

You'll take ownership of Wultra's demand-generation initiatives and help shape how we build a scalable pipeline across global B2B markets. Working closely with the entire Marketing team, Sales, partners, and external parties, you'll define, execute, and continuously optimize marketing activities to increase market awareness, drive demand, and generate qualified business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and evolving Wultra's demand generation strategy by identifying new growth opportunities, acquisition channels, and scalable ways to reach our target audiences.
• Building relationships with strategic business and technology partners, industry associations, and fintech communities to strengthen Wultra's market presence and create new demand generation opportunities.
• Planning and executing co-marketing initiatives with partners, including campaigns, webinars, content collaborations, and industry events.
• Supporting cooperation with major analyst firms such as Gartner and KuppingerCole.
• Creating a strategy for integrated marketing campaigns across paid, organic, partner, and content channels, working closely with an external PPC expert and internal stakeholders.
• Driving LinkedIn outreach strategy and supporting account-based marketing initiatives together with the Sales team.
• Building and optimizing our marketing operations by automating repetitive tasks, integrating tools across the marketing and sales stack, and creating efficient workflows that allow the team to scale without adding complexity.
• Continuously testing, learning, and introducing new ideas, tools, and approaches that improve demand generation efficiency and help scale the business.

We’re a Good Fit If You Have…

• 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth, or performance marketing.
• Experience in a SaaS environment (ideally cybersecurity, fintech, or enterprise tech).
• Proven track record of building and scaling a pipeline, not just running campaigns.
• Strong understanding of B2B funnels, buyer journeys, and revenue lifecycle.
• Ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes (pipeline, revenue).
• Analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on experience with tools like GA4, CRM systems, campaign platforms, etc.
• Strong ownership and ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
• Fluent English (C1+) and confident professional communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
