Our Sales & Marketing Team
The Sales & Marketing team plays a key role in positioning Andaz Prague as a leading luxury destination within the Czech Republic and across international markets. Working closely with corporate clients, travel partners, event planners, and leisure guests, the team drives revenue growth while building strong relationships and promoting the hotel's exceptional products and services. As a Commercial Coordinator, you will become an integral part of a dynamic and collaborative team, supporting strategic initiatives and contributing to the hotel's ongoing success.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Commercial Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing Department and Executive Office.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will coordinate daily administrative activities, support sales initiatives, assist with hotel promotions and events, and ensure smooth communication between departments. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in hospitality sales and marketing within a luxury international hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Team and Executive Office (General Manager) as required.
• Report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and support the department across various administrative functions.
• Coordinate internal documentation, filing systems, meeting schedules, and follow-up actions.
• Assist with organizing hotel show rounds, client visits, and site inspections.
• Prepare and distribute sales presentations, reports, marketing materials, and other department-related documentation.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments to ensure successful execution of sales and marketing initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, or sales support role is an advantage, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong team-player mentality combined with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Additional Information
This is primarily an office-based position with occasional participation in hotel events, property tours, and client activities.
Standard working hours apply, with flexibility to support selected events and campaigns when required.
