The production lab in Brandýs nad Labem is one of the most modern laboratories in Europe. In addition to the local market, Omega Optix exports over 4 million lenses to 40 countries around the world every year.

Our customers are mainly opticians and distributors – and you will be their key contact for day-to-day requests.

We are looking for a Customer Center Specialist to join our Export team and support customers across Europe and beyond, with a particular focus on English- and German-speaking markets.

This role combines customer communication, order processing and export administration. You will work with customer and order data, prepare documentation and coordinate with colleagues across the company to ensure that requests are handled accurately and deliveries run smoothly.

What will you do?

• Communicate with international customers, mainly opticians and distributors, via email and occasionally by phone
• Process customer orders in our internal systems
• Maintain accurate customer and order data
• Prepare invoices, credit notes and other related documents
• Prepare export documentation for shipments outside the EU
• Handle customer requests and support the team with complaints
• Coordinate with colleagues across logistics, sales, finance and other departments

What do we expect from you?

• High school diploma or higher education
• Previous experience in customer service, order processing, export administration or a similar role is an advantage
• Fluent English and German; knowledge of another European language is a plus
• A customer-focused and helpful approach
• Strong attention to detail, especially when working with systems and data
• The ability to organise your work, set priorities and follow tasks through
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
• A proactive approach and willingness to solve problems
