AREA SALES MANAGER (Czech Republic)

Work location: Czech market

On this position you:

• Responsible for the achievement of sales targets in Czech Republic through team planning, implementation of new solutions and process optimisation
• Supervise of stores activities and coordinate work organization
• Effective management of a distributed team, developing and motivating the team to achieve objectives
• Perform the market research, competitor analysis, constant follow-up of industry (fashion & e-commerce) trends and transfer them into relevant & effective actions
• Identify new areas of opportunity
• Responsible for recruitment and new stores opening process
• Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all activities
• Represents company at business meetings
• Cooperate and Report with the Headquarter in Poland

For the position of performance country manager we require the following attributes:

• 3+ proven track record in fashion retail and e-commerce industry on Czech market
• Working experience on the relevant position
• Extensive knowledge of local market specificity
• Excellent networking skills (marketing agencies, business partners, media)
• High level of responsibility and self-motivation
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels
• Perfect understanding of retail fashion buisness
• Self-starter capable of taking the lead and achieving results with little supervision
• Very independent, self-motivated and responsible person
• Target-driven with can-do attitude
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Flexible, approachable attitude with good problem solving skills, able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Proficiency in Czech language
• Good English - written and spoken
• Driving licence
