Who is our client

Our client is an international fintech company specializing in online investing and trading on financial markets - offering a wide range of products (stocks, ETFs, bonds, Forex, derivatives, futures, options...) to both passive investors and active traders. From its Prague office, the company serves clients across the entire CEE region (11 countries) and is characterized by a strong international culture and a Scandinavian leadership style. They are currently looking for a Polish-speaking Relationship Manager fluent in both Polish and English to join their team.

What you will be doing

You will manage an entrusted portfolio of clients in the highest Elite segment, as well as a group of clients approaching Elite status. Communication happens primarily by phone and email, with in-person meetings making up a smaller part of the role.

• Building and developing long-term relationships with your entrusted clients, acting as their main point of contact
• Informing clients about product updates, pricing changes, and market developments relevant to their portfolio (e.g., based on analyst reports) - you don't need to be an investment expert yourself, but you must be able to pass the right information to the right client
• Focusing on reactivating existing clients, upgrading relationships, and deepening long-term value across the product and service offering
• Identifying business opportunities and presenting clients with relevant products and solutions
• Delivering a premium experience for clients with the largest portfolios, ensuring a differentiated, premium service model matching their trading sophistication and expectations
• Building your own network of contacts and attending industry events across the CEE region
• Visiting your most important clients in person in Poland (1-2 business trips to Poland per quarter)

What you should have

• Experience in banking or a brokerage firm, ideally at a securities dealer, or your own long-term experience in trading/investing (product knowledge is a strong advantage)
• Fluent Polish and English, spoken and written (requirement)
• Genuine interest in financial markets and trading
• Strong commercial and acquisition mindset, with the ability to generate referrals
• Proactive, client-oriented approach
• Own investing experience is an advantage
• Willingness to work from the Prague office
