We combine business with diplomacy, working closely with the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs and diplomatic representatives around the world. As the proud recipient of the Exporter of the Year award, we deliver our solutions from our headquarters in Prague to customers in more than 160 countries.

We are now looking for a Global Sales Director to accelerate our international growth, lead our global sales team, and help strengthen our position as the world leader in the industry.

Your Mission: Strategy, Growth & Leadership

We are looking for more than just a salesperson. We need a strategic business leader who will become a trusted partner to the company's leadership while leading by example in the field.

• Global Sales Strategy: You will be responsible for our worldwide sales performance, defining and executing the strategy for international expansion, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth across global markets.
• Leadership & Team Development: You will lead and develop our international sales team, mentor team members, support them in closing strategic opportunities, and implement processes that improve the overall effectiveness of the sales department.
• B2G Sales and Business Development: You will focus on developing relationships with government organizations and our global network of partners. You will be responsible for ensuring that Compelson becomes the first choice for law enforcement and security agencies around the world.
• Market Analysis: You will monitor competitors and security market trends, report results directly to the company's leadership, and influence product direction to ensure it meets market needs.

Who Are We Looking For?

• An Experienced Sales Leader: You have years of experience in active sales and team leadership. Ideally, you have experience in the IT/software industry and understand the specifics of B2G sales.
• A Closing mindset: You are not satisfied with deals that are simply "in progress." Your strength lies in successfully closing complex contracts and teaching your team to do the same.
• A Strategic Sales Architect: You can identify opportunities through market analysis and turn them into a clear action plan for the sales team.
• An International Diplomat: You are confident working in a global environment. Your English is at a level that allows you to negotiate with partners from around the world at the highest level.
