Area Sales Manager – for Czech Republic

About the Role
For our client we are looking for an experienced and motivated Area Sales Manager to develop business across the Czech Republic. You will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and market potential.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage customer projects.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve sales and profitability targets.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B technical sales, ideally in the automotive or industrial sector.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Confident communicator and negotiator, able to manage challenging customer discussions.
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a hunter mindset.
• Resilient, persistent, and willing to travel.
• Czech and English - fluent (spoken and written); German is an advantage.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or a related field is preferred.

Nice to Have
Experience with:

• Automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Adhesive materials, die-cut components or converting of flexible materials.
• Industries such as Automotive, Consumer Electronics, White Goods, Energy Storage, Medical Devices or Industrial Manufacturing.
