The role

We are looking for a sales-driven, entrepreneurial person to launch and grow our presence in the Czech Republic.

Your primary focus in the first phase will be SALES — building revenue, validating the market and acquiring customers.

As the business grows, you will gradually take on a broader role in building and leading the Czech market as Country Manager.

Responsibilities

Phase 1 – Sales focus (key priority):

• Active B2C (and partly B2B) sales of our programmes
• Building and managing your own sales pipeline
• Testing sales channels and identifying what works
• Direct contact with clients (calls, meetings, conversions)

Phase 2 – Market development:

• Developing partnerships (schools, agencies, organisations)
• Supporting local marketing initiatives
• Analysing market opportunities and scaling sales

Phase 3 – Leadership (future):

• Hiring, training and managing a local sales team
• Building processes and structure for the Czech market

Your profile

• Min. 1–3 years of sales experience (Czech market)
• Strong ability to sell, close and drive revenue
• Entrepreneurial mindset (“build from scratch” attitude)
• Independence and high ownership
• Native Czech + English (min. B2/C1)
• Experience in education, travel or services is a plus
