Introduction
PSA BDP Czech Republic, a member of the PSA Group, is a branch of a global logistics company. We are involved in supporting operational, IT, financial, and sales activities of our own European and Global offices. We have been in Prague for 16 years, and now we have 200 employees from 30 nationalities and are still expanding.
Job offer
We are looking for a colleague to join our international logistics team in Prague and become part of our Global PSA BDP entity.

What would your duties be:
• Coordination and execution of customer orders in accordance with their requirements and procedures
• Order processing management (End-to-end processing of received orders)
• Planning / Booking / Transportation orders
• Coordination and follow-up of the shipments
• Documentation and administration
• Freight Audit
• Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (email, EDI)
• Operational troubleshooting/Active Customer Service/Logistics Solutions
• Cooperation with approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates
The good candidate will have:
• The position is suitable for a fresh graduate, experience in logistics is an advantage (ocean/road freight), but not a condition
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and/or other market-leading software applications.
• Professional knowledge of written and spoken English, as it is our main communication language
• Initiative and a strong sense of the organization
