We are looking for an experienced Business Services Specialist who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality execution.

In this role, you will combine operational ownership, data management, contract administration, and cross-functional collaboration to support international Non-Life reinsurance business across multiple markets. You will play a key role in ensuring business activities are executed accurately, information is maintained consistently across systems and documentation, and important processes run smoothly throughout the year.

Working closely with Underwriters and colleagues across Finance, Accounting, Legal, Claims, and Compliance, you will help connect people, processes, and information to support successful business outcomes in a dynamic international environment. This position offers the opportunity to build expertise in a highly specialized industry while leveraging your strengths in operations, coordination, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making.

 What you can expect

• A specialist role within the Business Services team, supporting Non‑Life reinsurance operations across Captive and Assumed business
• Ownership of end‑to‑end operational processes, including renewal coordination, contract management, and portfolio tracking
• Responsibility for high‑quality underwriting and pricing support, ensuring consistency across documentation, data, and system outputs
• Active involvement in contract and retrocession activities, including maintenance of documentation and operational follow‑up
• Hands‑on responsibility for data quality and system accuracy, including identification and resolution of inconsistencies and support for reporting improvements
• Close collaboration with Underwriting, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Claims, and Compliance, acting as a key operational partner
• Opportunity to identify and drive process improvements, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and scalability of Business Services operations
• Exposure to complex international reinsurance programs, supporting multiple entities and portfolios

What we expect

• Experience in (re)insurance operations, underwriting support, or a comparable environment, ideally with exposure to Non‑Life business
• Strong understanding of operational processes across the reinsurance lifecycle, including renewals, contract handling, and data management
• Ability to interpret contract structures, manage documentation, and ensure consistency across systems and outputs
• Proven ability to work independently with a high level of ownership, managing multiple processes and stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across functions
• High attention to detail with a structured, quality‑driven approach to data and process management
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
• Experience with data handling, validation, and operational systems; solid Excel skills are expected
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex, international, and multi‑stakeholder environment
