About the Role

Euro Center Holding is looking for a Process Analytics & Optimization Specialist to support operational excellence across our international 24/7 environment. The role focuses on analysing and improving processes, driving efficiency, supporting digitalisation initiatives, and ensuring high service quality across departments.

This position requires close cooperation with both internal teams as well as external partners (customers, medical providers and vendors).

It is ideal for someone with experience within medical assistance or related environment who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on process improvement experience and a strong interest in digitalisation and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Develop, track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead or co-lead optimisation projects across multiple operational areas, working closely with colleague to deliver successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Digital teams to implement new tools and process improvements that meet business and compliance requirements.
• Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources to support adoption of new solutions.
• Design and implement AI and automation solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot agents, to streamline processes and improve knowledge management, in close collaboration with colleagues and IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Process Improvement, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in process optimization, operational excellence, or business/process analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in process mapping, KPI monitoring, and performance reporting.
• Advanced Excel and good MS Office skills.
• Experience with digital process automation and AI-driven solutions (e.g. RPA, chatbots, Microsoft Copilot).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in digitalisation, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Professional English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or training in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Experience in a fast-paced operational environment, ideally in healthcare, medical assistance, or related industries.
