As we continue to grow across Europe, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Regional Laboratory Director to lead our laboratory operations across Czechia, Slovakia, and Romania.

This is a unique opportunity for a senior embryology and laboratory leader to influence clinical excellence, quality standards, innovation, and operational performance across multiple fertility clinics and laboratories.

Your Impact

As Regional Laboratory Director, you will act as the key scientific and operational leader for laboratory services within the region. Working closely with the Chief Scientific Officer, Clinic Leadership Teams, Laboratory Managers, and Operations Directors, you will ensure that our laboratories consistently deliver outstanding quality, safety, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

You will play a central role in driving standardization, developing laboratory talent, implementing best practices, and supporting the continued growth of FutureLife's fertility services.

What You Will Be Responsible For 

Leadership & Laboratory Excellence

• Provide leadership and guidance to Laboratory Directors, Managers, and laboratory teams across the region
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Support talent development, succession planning, and training initiatives

Quality, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, accreditation requirements, and company standards
• Oversee laboratory quality systems and performance monitoring
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy for internal reporting and regulatory submissions
• Promote safe laboratory practices and a strong culture of risk management

Operational Performance

• Monitor key laboratory performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, patient outcomes, and resource utilization
• Ensure laboratories are appropriately equipped, staffed, and prepared to meet future demand

Strategic Collaboration

• Partner with Operations Directors, Clinic Managers, Laboratory Directors, and other stakeholders across the organization
• Support the implementation of regional and group-wide laboratory strategies
• Share best practices and drive standardization across countries and clinics

What We Are Looking For

• University degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or a related scientific discipline
• Master's degree or PhD is highly desirable
• Qualified Clinical Embryologist with expertise across the full IVF laboratory scope, including advanced procedures such as embryo biopsy
• ESHRE Senior Clinical Embryologist certification is a strong advantage
• Proven experience as a Laboratory Director within a fertility or reproductive medicine environment
• Strong leadership experience managing teams and driving performance
• Experience implementing standards, coaching laboratory professionals, and leading change
• Fluent English and Czech language skills
