What You’ll Do
- Verify and update construction project information across European markets
- Engage with architects, contractors, investors, and key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate, high-quality data in our systems
- Identify ways to improve data quality, processes, and outputs
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations
For leadership roles:
- Lead and develop a team of researchers
- Drive performance, quality standards, and operational excellence
- Optimise workflows and scale research output
What You Bring:
- Strong communication skills (German or Slovak a must, depending on role)
- Confidence on the phone and ability to build rapport
- Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
- Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented approach
- Team-first attitude and willingness to learn
- For leadership roles:
- Experience managing teams in research, operations, or content
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ownership mindset with a focus on performance and delivery
