Main tasks & key accountabilities:

• You will proactively collect and maintain evidence of the use of Lenzing trademarks
• You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Business, Marketing, and Legal departments
• You will review and verify the quality of submitted evidence in line with internal guidelines
• You will analyze collected materials and identify opportunities for improvement
• You will identify cases of improper trademark use among licensees and proactively support them in correcting discrepancies

Our expectations for this exciting role:

• You hold a secondary education or a bachelor’s degree
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Communication, or Languages
• You have initial or transferable experience in a similar role
• You have good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), SAP is an advantage
• You have good written and spoken English skills (minimum B2 level)
• You have strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
