🎯 What will you be responsible for?

• You will have full ownership of the cross-border business line, from strategy to day-to-day operations, reporting directly to the Board.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the P&L for the entire cross-border segment
• Build and optimize the international transportation network, including linehaul routes, capacities, and local partners in target countries
• Develop pricing strategies and negotiate commercial agreements with courier and logistics providers

🧠 Who are we looking for?

• Ideally, you enjoy both the commercial and operational side of logistics. You can negotiate with partners while also understanding how parcel sorting operations and linehaul networks function.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience preferably in parcel delivery or e-commerce logistics
• Proven P&L management experience
• Strong understanding of the CEE market
• Fluent English communication skills
• Direct cross-border experience is not essential. What matters most is a deep understanding of transportation and logistics operations, from order fulfilment through to final delivery.
