We’re looking for a Duty Manager to join the leadership team at Hilton Prague Atrium, someone who knows that exceptional service is built on presence, instinct, and attention to detail.

What You Will Do:

As one of the key operational leaders of the hotel, you’ll be the face of the property during your shift — setting the tone in the lobby, supporting your colleagues and solving challenges before they become problems.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Leading daily hotel operations and ensuring smooth service delivery across departments
• Creating exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure
• Acting as the main point of contact for guest enquiries, escalations, and special requests
• Welcoming and taking care of VIP and long-stay guests with a highly personalized approach
• Supporting and coaching operational teams during busy periods
• Making confident decisions in real time and resolving operational challenges efficiently
• Overseeing health & safety procedures and maintaining operational standards
• Monitoring guest feedback and continuously driving service excellence

What You Will Bring:

• Previous supervisory experience within hotel operations
• Strong understanding of front office and overall hotel operations
• A calm, solution-oriented mindset and excellent decision-making skills
• Natural leadership presence with the ability to motivate and support teams
• Passion for high-level guest service and operational excellence
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• A commercial mindset and understanding of how service impacts performance

You’ll stand out if you have:

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager or senior operational leader in an upscale hotel
• Experience within an international hotel environment
• A strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards
