Regional Director – Retail Partnerships & Operations

An international company operating within supply chain solutions and retail operations is looking for an experienced senior leader to drive strategic retail partnerships and operational excellence across the Central & Eastern Europe region.

This is a highly visible leadership role combining commercial strategy, customer relationship management, operational improvement, and regional team leadership. You will work closely with major retail partners while helping shape long-term business strategy and transformation initiatives across multiple markets.

What will you do?

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key retail partners across the region
• Lead, mentor, and develop an international team of account and partnership managers
• Drive customer retention, revenue growth, and operational performance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, sales, customer solutions, and supply chain
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, operational processes, and customer experience
• Lead transformation projects, process optimization initiatives, and implementation of new solutions
• Support complex commercial negotiations and long-term partnership agreements
• Monitor business KPIs, profitability, operational performance, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Contribute to regional business strategy and leadership decision-making

What are we looking for?

• 10+ years of experience in senior commercial, retail, logistics, supply chain, or business leadership roles
• Strong experience within international and matrix organizations
• Proven track record in strategic account management and relationship building with large customers
• Experience leading regional or remote teams across multiple countries
• Strong business acumen with the ability to combine strategy and execution
• Experience managing business transformation, operational improvements, and performance-driven environments
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• FMCG, logistics, retail, or supply chain experience is highly preferred
• Fluent English is required; additional CEE languages are a strong advantage
