What You Will Do:

• You will respond to inbound customer inquiries (via phone, chat, or email).
• Offer feedback on solutions and keep them informed on the queries' progress.
• Resolve disputes, and escalate technical queries on the platform to the IT team via system tools.
• Assist customers with issued invoices, monitor timely payments, and support collection activities for outstanding balances.
• Follow up with clients, conduct retention outreach, and schedule commercial appointments to increase customer loyalty and reduce churn.
• Create and update documentation, including procedures and FAQs.
• Master our applications to provide the best possible support to our clients.

What We Need:

• Friendly and polite communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• A proactive, dynamic, and organized work style with a positive approach.
• Solid IT skills and a quick learning ability for new systems.
• Fluent Dutch and a solid level of English.
• Knowledge of French or German would be an advantage.
• Experience in an automotive dealership (sales or administration) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce and Jira is an advantage.
