We’re hiring for a newly created group role reporting directly to the Group CEO. You’ll play a pivotal role in group-wide management and development of all manufacturing operations, ensuring integration, scalability, and operational excellence across all entities.

Your Mission:

• Full accountability for group-wide manufacturing operations across all production sites and indirect leadership of local plant managers (central function, matrix leadership)
• Define and execute an unified operations strategy, driving efficiency, cost control, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Lead process harmonization, Lean initiatives, and Operational Excellence across all entities
• Oversee capacity planning, investments, and make-or-buy decisions in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, R&D, and Finance
• Lead integration of newly acquired sites and build a high-performance, international leadership culture

What You Bring:

• Proven extensive leadership experience in international manufacturing organizations
• Experience in regulated industries
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence
• Proven experience in leading and integrating multi-site/multi-brand operations
• Fluent English (C1); Czech/German/Polish would be a strong plus
