STARLUX Airlines is a Taiwan-based luxury carrier redefining global travel. As we launch in Prague, we’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to build our team from the ground up. Explore the role below and join us to make an impact.💫

What You’ll Do

1. Attend Company arranged customer service training and pass all qualification assessments.
2. Work independently on all aspects of customer service related tasks, including but not limited to ticketing and loyalty program inquiries.
3. Submit weekly station reports to ensure safekeeping, control and proper use of accountable documents.
4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
5. Perform other duties as assigned by immediate manager.

The Little Things That Matter

1. Language: Native Czech speaker and proficient in English.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree and above in aviation, or equivalent experience is preferred.
3. Work Experience: At least one year of experience is a plus, while fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are also welcome to join and grow with us.
4. Most important: Possess the legal right to work in the Czech Republic.
