Working at the intersection of marketing, communications and supporting business, you will help define how our projects are experienced by customers and stakeholders. From positioning and messaging to campaigns and launches, your work will make a real impact, both on our business and on the communities we serve.

While your primary focus will be on project marketing and communications, you will also contribute to broader Central Eastern European Business Unit initiatives, ensuring everything we do reflects our brand, values and ambition.

 
Your impact

• Shape how our projects are positioned, communicated and introduced to the market
• Deliver marketing and communication strategies that support leasing and sales success
• Create and coordinate high-quality materials together with external partners and agencies
• Bring projects to life through events, launches and engaging promotional activities
• Manage project-related communication across internal and external channels, including social media and press, in line with Skanska standards
• Contribute to selected corporate communication initiatives, including internal communication and content creation, ensuring consistency of brand and messaging

Candidate profile

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in B2B marketing or communications
• Feels confident working with multiple stakeholders and external partners
• Can balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution
• Is organized, proactive and thrives in a dynamic, project-driven environment
• Communicates fluently in English (minimum B2/C1)
• Has excellent PowerPoint skills (graphic design skills are a strong advantage) and is proficient in Microsoft 365

Location: Prague

This is a full-time position, however we are also open to candidates available on a part-time basis.
