Join our team at the Ricardo Prague Technical Centre as an Accounts Payable Clerk and play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly.
✨ What you'll be doing
You will be an essential link between our suppliers and finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounts payable processes:
✅ Process purchase invoices and credit notes accurately and on time, including coding and validation
📞 Act as the main point of contact for allocated supplier accounts (via phone and email)
🔍 Resolve day-to-day queries from external suppliers
📊 Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies
⚙️ Process manual accounting adjustments as required
💡 Prepare weekly payment forecasts
🧾 Perform monthly maintenance tasks (GR/IR clearing, review of aged creditors, debit balances)
💸 Execute payment runs in line with internal governance procedures
✉️ Send remittance advice to suppliers
📅 Support month-end reporting activities
🤝 Provide holiday cover within the AP team and handle ad hoc tasks
