We are seeking a Business Services Associate to support our underwriting teams across international markets. In this role, you will take ownership of key operational and data‑related activities, ensuring high‑quality inputs and smooth processes across the underwriting lifecycle. You will work closely with Underwriters, Finance, and Legal teams to enable efficient decision‑making and strong client outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to build expertise in reinsurance operations, data quality, and underwriting support within a collaborative and international environment.

What You Can Expect

• A key role supporting underwriting teams by ensuring smooth, efficient, and high‑quality operational processes across the underwriting lifecycle
• Ownership of end‑to‑end renewal coordination for assigned markets, enabling timely and well‑prepared underwriting decisions
• Hands‑on responsibility for data collection, validation, and system input, ensuring accuracy and completeness of underwriting data
• Active participation in maintaining data quality standards, including regular checks, reconciliations, and issue resolution
• Involvement in documentation and compliance processes, ensuring alignment with internal standards, audit requirements, and regulatory expectations
• Close collaboration with Underwriting, Finance, and Legal teams, contributing to consistent and reliable data flows
• Participation in system improvements, testing, and process enhancements, supporting operational excellence
• Opportunity to gain exposure to international reinsurance operations and develop expertise in underwriting support and data quality

• Knowledge of Italian, Spanish, French, or German and prior experience in a support role within (re)insurance environments are considered an advantage.
