Job offer

For a stable German automotive company, we are looking for a Global Controller to strengthen the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting – own and drive the monthly reporting cycle, ensure accuracy and timely delivery to the parent company
• Reporting system / Business Warehouse implementation – act as project lead for the implementation; coordinate stakeholders and drive the project forward (not a hands-on technical role, but ownership of the outcome)
• Business case preparation – prepare business cases including CAPEX submissions to HQ for approval; work with given data, challenge assumptions, and structure the narrative
• Operations reviews – facilitate and coordinate monthly operational reviews with management
• Future scope (within 12 months): once the above areas are running smoothly, this role is expected to take ownership of the planning process (budgeting, forecasting, mid-term planning)
• New ERP project – the company is evaluating a group-wide ERP implementation; this person will play a key role on the finance/controlling workstream

Your Profile

• Several years of controlling experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of HGB accounting standards
• Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers and production processes
• Excel skills; SAP FI/CO knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German and/or very good English skills, and Czech
• Structured, independent, and results-oriented working style
