Global Maintenance & Facility Director – Manufacturing

For our client - leading international manufacturer - we are seeking a strategic and technical leader to drive its maintenance and facility to the next level of excellence.

Responsibility for multiple international plants. Based in the Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement long-term maintenance strategies, including preventative, predictive, and condition-based maintenance.
• Leading international maintenance teams, focusing on the reliability of production machinery and overall facility management.
• Oversee the maintenance of production machinery
• Lead, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Manage the maintenance budget and lead CAPEX projects for new equipment installation.
• Ensure all facility activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Optimize maintenance processes to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Focusing on optimizing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and driving digital transformation in maintenance.

Expectations :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical background in machinery maintenance and automation.
• Proven leadership skills (managing a team of 10+ employees).
• Experience in multiple plants on international level is an advantage
• Fluent English.
