As we open our new studio in Ostrava, we are seeking an Operations Specialist who thrives in the "live" environment. You’ll manage everything from player logistics to real-time issue resolution with a hands-on approach. You’ll be the bridge between technical execution and high-level strategy, collaborating with the Studio Manager to optimize our processes and ensure that Drafted.gg’s global standards for content quality are met in every single broadcast.

What will you do?

• Plan and manage shift schedules, ensuring full coverage and optimal workforce allocation across all operations.
• Coordinate player rosters, match schedules, and stream planning to ensure seamless execution of all content.
• Oversee the daily operations, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to defined standards.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational or technical issues.
• Create and maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation related to studio operations.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring smooth integration.
• Assist in testing, improving, and implementing operational tools, trackers, and workflows.
• Support studio setup, scaling activities, and other operational initiatives as required.
• Handle ad hoc operational tasks to ensure uninterrupted studio functioning.

Requirements

• Experience in operations or shift-based environments, ideally in 24/7 operational environments with a strong understanding of shift-based workforce management.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to react quickly in live operational environments.
• Basic technical understanding of software tools and computer hardware; ability to troubleshoot common issues.
• High attention to detail, especially in scheduling, reporting, and data accuracy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Reliable, disciplined, and comfortable working in shift-based roles.
• Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak.

Nice to have

• Experience in esports, gaming, or live gaming content production environments.
