About the Role:

The Lead Technologist will be responsible for evaluating performance against defined KPIs while driving continuous improvement across the collagen casing production process. They will ensure the accuracy, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of operational standards, take ownership of the StableOps system, and lead a team of technologists, supporting their performance and professional development. In addition, the role will involve active participation in cross-functional teams delivering new products and implementing innovative technologies.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure occupational safety compliance

· Ensure quality, hygiene, food safety and ISO compliance

· Manage KPIs and StableOps system

· Manage technologists and ensure training

· Maintain production standards

· Support audits, investments, budgeting and reporting

About You:

Skills:

· Independent and fast problem solving

· Strong communication skills

· English language (spoken and written, communicative leve

Knowledge:

· PC literacy

· Basic economic knowledge

· SPC and statistical analysis

Experience:

· Minimum 2 years in collagen casing production

· Project experience or other manufacturing experience beneficial
