Job offer
We are Legal Entity Accounting team, which is composed of experienced finance professionals, and We are in charge of accounting for direct tax, statutory accounting, statutory and legal reporting, and coordination of preparation of the local statutory financial statements with an external consultants. The team ensures compliance with the local authorities and external and internal reporting requirements.
The Senior Finance Analyst will collaborate with various teams across the company to record tax entries, conduct reconciliations, prepare internal and external reports, and enhance processes and efficiency. This position provides a complex overview of the assigned Legal Entities’ reporting requirements, offers exposure throughout the organization, and provides significant opportunities for professional growth in finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
· Calculate and record quarterly tax provisions, including annual tax true-ups.
· Record deferred tax and prepare internal reporting for group purposes.
· Conduct account reconciliations for all direct tax-related balance sheet accounts.
· Support external statutory audits (PwC) and preparation of local statutory financial statements with a 3rd party service provider.
· Communicate with external service providers and the Johnson & Johnson finance team regarding audits and statutory accounting.
· Coordinate information flows between 3rd party service providers, corporate tax teams, and global services accounting teams.
· Ensure consistent processes to deliver data for local statutory financial statements.
· Participate in projects aimed at simplification, standardization, and automation of processes in a corporate environment.
· Cooperate with Johnson & Johnson Country Tax Centers (CTC)
· Collaborate with team members on business and financial system issues to maintain overall control.
Qualifications:
Education:
· University degree with a minimum of 4 years' financial experience. A fully qualified accountant or an internationally qualified accountant equivalent is an advantage.
