Are you a native Hungarian speaker with a passion for helping others? Do you want to work for a European leader in the eyewear industry?

Alensa, the top online retailer for glasses, contact lenses, and eye care, is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative for the Hungarian market to join our international team in Prague!

Your responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other digital channels
• Use and help us refine AI-powered tools to streamline responses and focus on more complex, human-centric tasks
• Handle complaints and resolve issues quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns
• Guide customers through product selection and provide technical assistance regarding usage and setup
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with other departments to help us get even better

What We Are Looking For

• Hungarian Language: Native speaker level (or minimum C1)
• English Language: C1 level
• Knowledge of other laguage is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps (Sheets, Docs)
• You are independent, proactive, and have excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a big plus, but a great attitude is what matters most!
