For our Finance Department in Přerov, we are currently looking for a new colleague to join us in the position of:

Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst is a detail-oriented and analytical professional who supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes. The role provides valuable insights to support business performance and enable informed decision-making across the organization.

Main responsibilities:

• Financial monitoring of customer projects, communicate and serve as a business partner to the project owner and BU Manager on the project reviews.
• Prepare regular monthly financial reports, performance analysis on operating costs and provide clear, actionable insights and commentary.
• Ensure reliability of data (costs, inventory) for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual financial plan and quarterly forecasts.
• Prepare statistical reports.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and reports for top management and various departments.
• Participate in cross-functional projects (e.g., ERP implementation, cost center optimization).
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Collaboration on the preparation of audit documentation across all European branches.

Candidate Profile:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience is an advantage; however, the position is also suitable for graduates.
• Knowledge of IFRS or experience in the financial services sector is an advantage.
• English at a communicative level (minimum B2); additional languages (German, French) are a plus.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy, structured and methodical approach, attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and continuously develop new skills.
• Positive attitude towards work and a proactive mindset, with the ability to bring and support new ideas and improvements.
