CEE Region | Finance Business Partnering Role

This role is designed for an experienced Senior Financial Controller who is ready to take full ownership of multiple markets, act as a true finance partner to the business, and operate confidently in an international CEE environment.
You will be responsible for Austria, Hungary and Romania – markets with different levels of complexity, maturity and stakeholder expectations. This position suits someone who already knows controlling fundamentals and now wants more influence, autonomy and strategic impact.

🔍 Your Responsibilities

End-to-end financial controlling and reporting for Austria, Hungary and Romania
Ensuring full compliance with IFRS and local GAAP, including coordination with auditors
Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, rolling outlooks and variance analysis
Proactive financial steering of the business and identification of risks and opportunities
Acting as a finance sparring partner for local management and sales teams
Driving process improvements, standardisation and internal controls across markets
Supporting regional finance initiatives within the CEE structure

🎯 What We Expect from You

5+ years of experience in controlling, finance or financial analysis
Strong practical knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP environments
English at B2/C1 level (daily working language)
German language skills (working or strong conversational level)
Proven ability to work independently, set priorities and manage complexity
Strong analytical thinking combined with a business-oriented mindset
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
