About the Role:

The availability of all inventories plays a crucial role in ensuring reliable deliveries. That is why we are looking for a Supply Planning Manager who will strategically lead the planning process across the company and ensure a timely and cost‑effective level of stock. You will translate commercial demand into feasible production plans and raw material call-offs, securing service, efficiency, and cost & working capital targets. Acting as the link between planning, manufacturing, and procurement, you will enable smooth material flow and reliable product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage tactical, operational, and daily supply planning, balancing service, working capital, and costs.
• Implement policies for Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, production flow, and inventory management.
• Act as the escalation point for capacity/resource constraints and coordinate production priorities.
• Own and lead the S&OP process at the supply point, ensuring cross-functional alignment and scenario planning.
• Align with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to S&OP cycles and network reviews.
• Drive performance management and continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing planning processes and systems.
• Lead and develop planning specialists.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in supply chain management, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Thorough knowledge of supply chain processes, S&OP, S&OE, and inventory management.
• Proficiency with ERP (M3), MPS/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with multi-functional groups in a matrix organization.
• Advanced English communication skills (verbal and written).
