We’re looking for a Receptionist who will be the first face people see, the person who keeps the office running smoothly, and someone others can rely on when things need to get done.

What you’ll do

🛎️ Front Office & Visitor Experience

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional approach
• Support check-ins, visitor badges and meeting room guidance
• Coordinate refreshments and make sure visitors feel expected and taken care of

🗂️ Office Operations & Facilities Support

• Keep the office running smoothly — access cards, parking, courier deliveries, mail and daily office coordination
• Make sure meeting rooms and common areas are tidy, ready and working as they should
• Monitor office equipment (for example coffee machines) and arrange maintenance when needed
• Coordinate with building management and external service providers

📦 Administration & Inventory

• Order and restock office supplies and refreshments
• Handle basic finance admin such as petty cash, receipts and simple invoices
• Keep track of office stock and equipment

🍎 Events & Catering Support

• Coordinate refreshments for internal meetings and team gatherings
• Help prepare spaces for office events, workshops and townhalls

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Support colleagues with one-off tasks when needed
• Work closely with Workplace Experience, IT and People & Culture teams
• Stay proactive and step in when something needs attention — without waiting to be asked twice

What we look for

• Friendly, professional and naturally helpful approach
• Strong communication skills — in person, on the phone and in writing
• Good organisation and the ability to handle several things at once
• Calm mindset and practical problem-solving when the office gets busy
• Hands-on attitude — you don’t just spot issues, you help fix them
• Eye for detail and a proactive way of working
• Fluent Czech and advanced English
