Job offer

As our Junior Area Manager you will be responsible for:

· Participation in the realization of corporate and sales targets in selected markets·

· Co-design and implementation of the marketing plan

· Carrying out sales and distribution analyses and preparing market reports

· Support in the realization and implementation of sales, turnover and margin planning

· Customer visits, training for field staff and customers

· Support in the development and implementation of marketing concepts and opening up new customer groups / markets

· Participation in the implementation of sales promotion activities

· Participation in the systematic development and expansion of the permanent brand presence at the POS and continuous improvement of the quality of the brand image

· Support for sales projects

· Internal and external reporting

In order to be successful in this role it's essential you are / have:

· Completed university degree in business administration with an international focus and / or commercial training with adequate further training

· Relevant internships in English-speaking countries;

· Initial national and international sales experience in the marketing of branded goods desirable

· Brand understanding and awareness

· Conceptual and analytical thinking skills

· Assertiveness and negotiating skills

· Very good knowledge of English - other foreign languages desirable

· Willingness to travel

· Ability to work under pressure, initiative, organizational talent, ability to work in a team, creativity, flexibility

· Independent and responsible working style

· Very good user knowledge of MS Office
