🎯 What you’ll be doing

You’ll be at the heart of our Meetings & Events operation — turning enquiries into successful events and building relationships that last.

• Turn incoming leads into confirmed business and maximise revenue
• Manage and optimise event bookings and schedules
• Proactively upsell and identify new opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their vision
• Conduct hotel tours and showcase our beautiful spaces
• Coordinate and execute events from enquiry to delivery
• Support marketing and promotional activities

What we’re looking for

This is a junior role, so attitude matters just as much as experience.

• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Positive, can-do mindset and great communication skills
• Passion for customer service and hospitality
• Confidence on the phone and with clients
• Good IT skills (MS Office, booking systems are a plus)
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an advantage

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in events, hospitality, or sales
• Knowledge of hotel systems
• Relevant education in hospitality, business, or events
