Head of Accounting

We are looking for an experienced Head of Accounting who will take full ownership of accounting, tax, and treasury agenda across our company and its entities.

This is a key role responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting, while also driving team development and process improvements.

🚀 What will be your responsibility

• Full ownership of statutory accounting and tax compliance for the parent entity and its branches
• Oversight of financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and internal policies
• Responsibility for the month-end close process (target: WD+3)
• Leadership of audit readiness and financial compliance activities
• Management and development of the accounting team (4+1), including coaching, performance management, and succession planning
• Close collaboration with Controlling and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and data consistency
• Ownership of accounting agenda across both production and commercial areas
• Active support to the CFO in treasury management (cash flow, FX risk, optimization)
• Identification and implementation of process improvements
