As a Junior Financing Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of subsidy-related financial operations. You’ll collaborate with senior team members, work with external lenders, and help maintain efficient day‑to‑day workflows.

✅ What You’ll Do

• Support daily operational tasks tied to subsidy programs
• Assist with processing, tracking, and reconciling subsidy payments
• Communicate with lenders to clarify documentation and operational issues
• Keep records up to date and support internal reporting
• Follow established procedures, controls, and compliance guidelines
• Provide operational support to senior colleagues
• Contribute to market benchmarking and related analyses

🎓 What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (students in progress welcome)
• 1+ years of experience in financial operations, administration, or back‑office roles
• Basic understanding of financial products and processes
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good Excel skills, SAP knowledge is a plus
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
• English level B2+, ideally a Czech speaker too
