Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Finance Specialist to join our fast-paced and dynamic environment. In this role, you’ll assist with financial operations related to payments, partner commissions, and general accounting tasks. You will help ensure that all financial transactions are accurate, timely, and compliant with both internal policies and industry regulations.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and processing of affiliate commission payments and ensure accuracy in monthly payout calculations.
• Verify and reconcile transaction data against internal systems and marketing reports.
• Assist in maintaining financial records.
• Perform daily and monthly payment reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the Affiliate Marketing team to resolve discrepancies in earnings or partner data.
• Assist with invoicing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Help prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including performance summaries for management.
• Prepare month-end closing report (POR) and assist with reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for compliance and internal audits.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or payment processing (experience in fintech or affiliate marketing is a strong plus).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations).
• Understanding of multi-currency environments and international transactions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for working across departments.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with affiliate management systems and/or payment platforms is an advantage.
• Not required but it’s a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
