Pricing Manager (m/f)

We are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager to join our European team and take responsibility for operational pricing, price data management, and support of key pricing initiatives across the EMEA region. The role reports directly to the EMEA Senior Pricing Manager based in Italy.

What will you be responsible for?

• Support the harmonization of pricing processes across EMEA.
• Propose improvements to pricing workflows and automation opportunities.
• Maintain and update list prices, net prices, and discount structures in relevant systems.
• Ensure accuracy and timely implementation of price changes across channels and sub‑regions.
• Review and process pricing requests from Sales and Product Management teams.
• Simulate profit and margin impacts for proposed pricing scenarios.
• Apply approved discount guidelines and ensure compliance with pricing governance.
• Monitor adherence to customer segmentation rules in transactional pricing.
• Track local pricing performance metrics and prepare regular reports for the EMEA Senior Pricing Manager. Identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct margin and profitability analysis at product, customer, and channel level.
• Support value‑based pricing initiatives through data‑driven insights.
• Execute pricing processes as defined by the manager and document operational steps.
• Ensure pricing decisions comply with European directives and local governance requirements.
• Oversee correct DOA (Delegation of Authority) implementation for pricing requests, changes, and approvals.

What do we expect from you?

• Proven experience in pricing, finance, controlling, or business analytics
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and in a dynamic environment
• Experience with ERP/CPQ systems, advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong command of English
