Mid/Senior Data Analyst in marketing

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst with strong performance marketing focus. This is not a generic BI role — the primary goal is to take ownership of budget allocation, optimize funnel performance, monetization insights, and fast hypothesis validation to directly impact revenue.

This role is ideal for a Middle/Senior specialist who can proactively solve daily business pain points with minimal supervision.

What we are looking for:

• Strong SQL skills: extensive experience with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse, writing complex analytical queries
• Python for data cleaning, analysis, and basic modeling
• A/B testing and statistics to evaluate product and marketing experiments
• Hands on experience with marketing analytics, including cohort analysis, LTV estimation, and attribution
• Experience building data marts and organizing data for analysis, including defining requirements for data pipelines
• Dashboards and reporting using tools like Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
• Monitoring and anomaly detection to identify unusual changes in business metrics
• Clear communication of insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Track and optimize marketing budget allocation
• Analyze traffic structure, funnels, and monetization
• Detect performance drops and growth opportunities
• Generate and validate hypotheses quickly (days → weeks)
• Build forecasts and support budget planning
• Deliver clear reports with business conclusions (not just dashboards)
• Translate data into clear business insights with revenue impact
