TA Coordinator (German & English) | Remote CZ / Hybrid Prague

We are currently hiring a TA Coordinator / HR Associate to support a global Talent Acquisition team in a dynamic, international environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with HR or recruitment coordination experience who enjoys working with people, managing processes, and ensuring a smooth candidate journey from interview to onboarding.

What you will be doing

• Coordinate interviews across multiple regions (scheduling, communication, logistics)
• Support pre-boarding activities, including offer letter preparation and background checks
• Act as a key point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Ensure high-quality data accuracy and compliance in all HR systems
• Manage TA-related administration and support process improvements

What we are looking for

• 1+ year of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or coordination/admin role
• Fluent German and English (both required)
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
• Experience with ATS/HR systems (e.g. Workday) is a plus

Nice to have

• Experience with pre-boarding, contract generation, or background checks
• Exposure to global or shared services environments
